Important Panui/Notice for all Enrolled Patients using the Patient Portal

Piritahi Hau Ora has migrated to a new Patient Portal with ManageMyHealth, as the Connect Med patient portal is being decommissioned. This will allow you to continue viewing lab results, request repeat prescriptions and book an appointment at any time.

You will have received an invitation from ManageMyHealth on our behalf on Friday 15th September 2023.

The data on your existing portal Connect Med will be transferred to ManageMyHealth after which Connect Med will be decommissioned. Simply click create an account and follow the remaining steps in the invitation you receive.
